Buzztime Meets Comic-Con: The Story in Pictures

Once a year, the city of San Diego is transformed into a fantasy world for comic book fans from all over the world. Comic-con descended on our fair city last week and we, along with some great Buzztime players, took the opportunity to get out to a few of our downtown locations to see what the fans really know about comics. A good time was had by all, but rather than take out word for it, we thought a little photographic essay would be more telling -- and more entertaining!

Buzztime's resident trivia host, joined by two intergalactic Comic-con goers at the East Village Tavern and Bowl in San Diego.

BuzztimePlayers get into the action at Jolt'N Joe's in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter... the game: Trendalicious Trivia: Comic Book Villains.

Comic Book Fans of all ages got in on the action!

Players doubled the brainpower by teaming up, bringing the competition to another level.

JT, from San Diego'sSophie 103.7 radiocame out to host Trendalicious Trivia at Jolt'N Joe's, to hand out prizes, and to challenge the crowd with Comic Book Trivia.

The game winner, and the recipient of a brand new iPod shuffle was Greg!

Prizes for the evening included Buzztime swag, Transformers games, iPod shuffles and generous gifts donated by Mile High Comics.
