Interactive Guest Surveys recognized at annual competition

Buzztime was named a finalist in MediaPost’s 2012 Digital Out-of-Home Awards. The entertainment and marketing services company was recognized for the successful in-venue interactive guest surveys for both the Buffalo Wild Wings Flavor Fanatics and the Hooters Wings Survey campaigns.


The surveys were powered by Buzztime Shorts, customizable ‘mini’ 30- and 60-second interactive branded trivia games and polls. These polls help gain customer insights, send targeted emails based on consumer interest and increase awareness of products or services. The 1-3 question Shorts air during Buzztime game breaks enticing participation, thus driving action.

The campaigns were nominated in the category for Most Original Pairing of OOH Advertising with Venue.

Winners for MediaPost’s fourth annual Digital Out-of-Home Awards were announced on April 11, 2012 at a cocktail reception in New York.
