Staffing the NTN Network Call Center, which serves as the company’s primary point of contact for customers, service providers, and NTN field staff. This position assists customers, field marketing and independent representatives, and service subcontractors to obtain needed materials and/or information. Provide support for all deployed platforms as it relates to the following areas:
Receiving incoming calls from customers and field sales/marketing representatives
Troubleshooting and analyzing basic systems failures.
Ordering replacement equipment.
Providing general customer service and assistance.
Following up on unresolved issues.
Logging data received to customer database.
Informing locations of identified problems with the NTN systems.
Completing various job tasks assigned by supervisors.
Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and building a good public image.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Problem solving skills and analytical abilities.
Ability to cope in a fast-paced environment, requiring constant decision-making.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
Experience in a customer service environment.
Software applications: Windows ‘95/98, XP, Excel, Word and Email
Basic understanding of Hardware: Dell, Gateway, IBM, routers, switches, and hubs
EDUCATION/TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent.
