Michael J. Bush
Chief Executive Officer


Mr. Bush was appointed Chief Executive Officer in April 2010 with over 23 years executing business growth strategies and building sustainable shareholder value, most recently as President and CEO of 3 Day Blinds, Inc. Prior to 3 Day Blinds, he was President and Chief Executive at Anchor Blue Retail Group and Dockers' Outlets by MOST. Mr. Bush also participated as an investor with Sun Capital Partners in the November 2003 buy out of Anchor Blue.

Before Anchor Blue, Mr. Bush was President and Chief Executive of Bally North America, a member of the Board of Directors of Bally International AG and Senior Vice President of Global Re-engineering. During his time at Bally, Mr. Bush was instrumental in restructuring the global operations of Bally as part of a turnaround plan. While working on global re-engineering, Mr. Bush also managed the North American operations for Bally which included wholesale, retail, distribution and merchandising operations.

Prior to Bally, Mr. Bush was Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Movado Group, Inc. Mr. Bush joined Movado from Ross Stores where he served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, Business Development and Marketing. He began his career at Bain & Company in San Francisco where he worked for 6 years primarily focusing on retail and consumer goods companies.

Mr. Bush currently serves as a director here at Buzztime as well as 3 Day Blinds, Ross Stores andTechnoserve.He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

 


Kendra Berger
Chief Financial Officer


Kendra Berger was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Secretary in August 2006. Ms. Berger served on the Company’s Board of Directors and as Chairperson of the Audit Committee from July 2005 until August 2006. Previously, she was the Executive Director of Finance and Controller of Nventa Biopharmaceuticals Corporation, and formerly was the Vice President, Finance and Controller of Discovery Partners International, Inc., both publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Discovery Partners in 2001, Ms. Berger was the CFO of NTN Buzztime.

Ms. Berger serves as Board member and Treasurer of National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) - San Diego Chapter and Member of the Audit Committee for Walden Family Services, a non profit organization. Ms. Berger is also a member of the Corporate Directors Forum (CDF).

Ms. Berger is a licensed CPA and graduate of Ohio University where she received her BA degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting and pre law.

 


Christopher George
Chief Information Officer


Mr. George was appointed Chief Information Officer in June 2010 after serving as an outside consultant to NTN Buzztime in this capacity, with a focus on optimizing and updating our infrastructure to support strategic growth plans, streamlining operations and implementing an ERP system.

Mr. George's extensive experience in the technology industry has focused on the design and implementation of network and systems architecture in support of businesses seeking to leverage the Internet to enhance growth and lower operational expenses. In early 2002, Mr. George utilized this experience to found Protelligent, Inc., a California-based technology consulting firm focused on network and systems services, custom software development, and ASP/Hosting services.

Prior to founding Protelligent, Mr. George held various technical leadership positions at growth companies in the high technology industry including InterKnowlogy, TheBigStore.com and Shopping.com.

Mr. George studied Computer Engineering at California State University, Long Beach, and is a frequent speaker at technical trade shows and training seminars, such as the CMA/CAMGMA Leadership Conference, the Orange County Tech Conference, TechEd, MEC, and the Microsoft Partner Architecture Summit.

 


Nick Glassman
Executive Vice President, Product & Technology


Nick Glassman was appointed Executive Vice President, Product & Technology in April, 2009. His 15-year career has focused on creating advanced user experiences out of emerging technology, with a focus on wireless. Prior to founding iSports, Mr. Glassman was Co-Founder, VP of Product Development of Transpera, the first comprehensive platform to deliver and monetize web videos on mobile phones. Previous to co-founding Transpera, he served as the Executive Producer of Qualcomm's MediaFLO USA, Inc., responsible for managing the design, integration, and launch of mobile video broadcasting services for FOX, CBS, NBC, ESPN, MTV, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon on Verizon and AT&T. He also managed consumer applications at PacketVideo, the first company to stream audio and video over wireless networks, and previously held senior positions at Excite, Inc., Moxi Digital, and Silicon Graphics. He began his career at Pixar Animation Studios, working on the groundbreaking 'Toy Story' feature release.
