Charity Auction to Benefit AIM for the Handicapped
Representatives from Buzztime will be joining the Triviapalooza crowd and will help to kick off the weekend by sponsoring a happy hour on Friday, August 15th. Players will have the opportunity to win prizes while enjoying the opportunity to chat with fellow event participants and members of the Buzztime team.
The three-day event will also include a charity auction benefiting Adventures In Movement (AIM) for the Handicapped, Inc., a national non-profit organization that helps children and adults with special needs reach their highest potential through the AIM Method of Specialized Movement Education.
"Triviapalooza is social networking at its finest," said David Tolle, a Buzztime player and the event organizer from Huber Heights. "Most of our participants have known each other for years through playing interactive Buzztime games at various bars and restaurants. Our players span the nation, from California to Florida. We are excited to meet each other in person for the first time. We look forward to competing together to determine the ultimate trivia champion."
As word of the enthusiasm that the Triviapalooza participants have for Buzztime Trivia spread throughout Buzztime's Carlsbad, CA headquarters, it became apparent that this was something that Buzztime wanted to recognize and support.
