Q: What is a Player Reward Card?
A:
A Player Reward card is a fun and easy way for you to earn extra PlayersPlus points and win great prizes! All you have to do is go out and play the games listed on your card, and as you complete games they will be marked off of your card. Once you complete a card you will earn PlayersPlus points and will be entered into a drawing to win great prizes! This is how we break down prizing, card difficulty and points:

Q: Do I have to be a PlayersPlus member to participate?
A:
Yes, you must be a registered PlayersPlus member to participate in the Player Reward program. Please make sure your information is up-to-date and that you have a valid email entered so we can notify you if you are a winner! If you need to review or update your information, go to Edit My Info to modify your account.


Q: I am having problems logging into the Player section of the site.
A:
The Buzztime PlayersPlus website requires cookies to be enabled before you log in.

Q: Do I need to enable cookies when I am on the Player section of the site?
A:
Yes. The Buzztime website requires cookies to be enabled before you log in. A cookie is a small file that is written to your computer when you log in or view certain web pages. NTN Buzztime, Inc. uses cookies when you login to ensure security and customize your experience during your browsing session. When you close your browser all PlayersPlus cookies will be deleted unless you select the "Remember Me" option.

Q: How do I enable Cookies?
A:
To Enable Cookies, check your browser's preferences, options, or settings screens. Cookies are usually enabled by default. You may need to close and reopen your browser for the setting to take effect. Once you have your cookies enabled, try logging in again.

Q: How do I move onto the next Card?
A:
To move on to the next card, you simply need to complete the games listed on that card. Just go to your local restaurant or bar, log in, and play! Cards will be updated automatically.

Q: How long does it take for my card to be updated?
A:
Your card will be updated within 24 hours of playing the designated games. If it has been longer than this, your site may have a connectivity issue. Once that is resolved, most cards are updated automatically. If it is not, please contact us.

Q: What do I have to do to get credit for games played on my card?
A:
All you have to do to get credit for a game played is to make sure you're a registered PlayersPlus member, and log in before playing your game! Your card will be automatically updated for you.

Q: Do games on future cards get marked off when I play?
A:
No. A game will only be marked off on your current card. Once you finish a card you may move on to the next.

Q: How many cards are there per round?
A:
Each round has 16 cards that get increasingly more difficult as you move to the next card.

Q: What if I can't make it to one of the games listed on my card?
A:
We know that players may not be able to make it to every game, so we've come up with a pass system. Each player gets 5 passes per round to use on any of the 16 cards. A pass may be used for any game.

Q: What is a "Pass"?
A:
A pass allows you to mark off a game without actually playing it. We know that not everyone will be able to play every game listed on the cards, so we have given each person 5 passes per round to use on any of the 16 cards. A pass may be used for any game.

Q: How many Passes do I get per round?
A:
Each player gets 5 passes per round to use on any of the 16 cards. A pass may be used for any game.

Q: Why can't I see my passes?
A:
You must complete one game on your card in order to see and use passes.

Q: Why don't I see the pass button when I start a new round?
A:
You must complete at least one game per round before you are able to use a pass. The pass button will not show up until you have completed a game on the first card.

Q: How long does a round last?
A:
We will be holding 4 rounds per year, broken up by quarters or seasons. Rounds will usually be broken out as follows:

    Winter: January - March
    Spring: April - June
    Summer: July - September
    Fall: October - December
    * Dates and length of rounds are subject to change

Q: How can I see all of the cards from this round?
A:
When you are on the Player Reward tab on your Profile Page you will see a link toward the upper right of the tab that says "View all my Cards". Click this and you will have a list of all cards for that round with a history of what you've completed. Clicking on a card in the list will show you a detail of that card. You can also use the drop down box in the Player Reward tab to view a detail of each card.

Q: What do I get for completing a card?
A:
Each time you complete a card you will be awarded PlayersPlus points as well as be entered into a drawing to win great prizes! The harder the card, the more PlayersPlus points you will earn for its completion. Similarly, the harder the card, the better the prize you are eligible for! See the table below for more information on how we have structured points and prizing:

Q:Do I have to complete all of the cards to be entered into the drawing?
A:
You will be entered into a drawing for each card you complete. The harder the card, the better the prize! Please refer to the table above.

Q: How do I qualify for the drawing?
A:
In order to qualify for the Player Reward drawing you must complete a card, be a registered PlayersPlus member, and have up-to-date information listed in your PlayersPlus profile. It is especially important to make sure you have a working email address listed, and that buzztime.com is added to your spam filter so that we can notify you if you win. You can edit your info by going to Edit My Info and also Edit Profile in the User CP. We are not responsible for incorrect contact info or bounced notifications. Q: When I transfer my account, will my completed Player Reward cards and games move with it?
A:
Yes, when an account is transferred from PIN to PIN, everything associated with that account is transferred with it.
If you are transferring to an account with a Username attached, it is possible that your stats and achievements from your old account may be lost.
