Question Game Times

What times are you able to play Texas Holdem ? It use to be all the time but we went to the bar and it was not on?

Welcome to the jungle.
TH is on Channel B. Many places lately have been putting trivia on one set or group of sets and sports trivia, the new channel C, on another set or group of sets.
Ask the staff to put on TH if you don't see it. They should be able to accommodate you.

There are three Buzztime channels now, and poker is on Buzztime's Channel B. Problem is, only two of the three can be on at any one time in your bar. Apparently, the cards channel wasn't on in your bar when you walked in.

Ask the bartender on duty if the cards channel can be programmed for you if you don't see it on. Problem is, you'll likely get a blank stare and maybe a "Huh??".

Problem is, Buzztime seems to think that, despite many shifts/workers/managers (and much worker turnover) at most sites, the staffs at Buzztime sites can easily be trained to change channels on the Buzztime computer and will always have the time to do it for you. At many places, this isn't happening despite repeated emails, phone calls, etc, by BT techies.

Problem is, potential Buzztime players are walking away unsatisfied, like you did.

Problem is, this leaves site owners wondering if BT is worth the expense and hassle. Many are thinking "no", and canceling.

Lots of PROBLEMS.

Sites should train their employees on how to work the buzztime board. At my site there is only 1 mgr who can use the manager functions, and if she is not there the "solution" is to "re-boot" the system and that is extent of their knowledge. Thank goodness our site has been trouble free Boy I hope I didn't just jinx myself.
