Brewster?s is celebrating the first anniversary at their new location on Portage Road, the site of the old Bill Knapps. General manager Shawn Gallahger, owners Brad Wilcox and Jeff Geiger, are committed to the old school way of operating a restaurant while embracing new innovations in customer service, staff dedication and motivation.
