Q: I am having problems logging into the Web site. Help!
A: There are a few reasons why you may not be able to log in to the web site:

- Make sure you are logging in withthe same Username and Password that you use in the restaurant or bar. You cannot log in with an old PIN/Handle account (from 7/8/9 and prior)or email address. If you have a Username and Password but do not remember your login information click here! As long as you know the email address you signed up with we will email you your Username and send you a link so that you can reset your Password.
