Duckett, with more than 23 years of successful revenue generation, business development, restructuring and sales leadership experience, will be tasked with leading Buzztime’s subscription sales and account retention staff. Duckett’s role will include managing the company’s subscription sales initiatives for chain and independent locations and directing the team tasked with improving customer engagement through onsite restaurant and bar entertainment support.

Tony Duckett has gained valuable experience and strategic insight in entrepreneurial business development, leadership and marketing awareness in various fields including, technology, managed services, film and music. Most recently he was Vice President of Sales for Aramark Uniform Service in Los Angeles responsible for developing a new go-to-market strategy for the sales organization that integrated Aramark’s value proposition into their customers’ business goals. By making this change, Aramark became more than a vendor; they became a necessary and valued business partner to their customer base.
Prior to Aramark, Duckett was Senior Vice President of Sales at Nexicon Inc., a technology- based Venture Capital firm designed to help copyright holders protect their intellectual properties by tracking illegal downloads of music, movie, software and gaming. Additionally, Duckett headed up the Business Development team as president of Umbrella Entertainment, Inc. He has also held executive level positions with Bowne & Company, Nortel Networks, Tandem Computers, Sony and IBM. Duckett earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College in Economics and Business. In addition, he played professional basketball in Europe and with the Atlanta Hawks.
